We take our Clover Honey and place it in the smoker and cold smoke it for a few hours. After it has absorbed some smoke we blend it with our smoked Habanero Pepper powder. Smokey and Sweet with a good amount of heat. Great on chicken, ribs, pizza and ice cream. Anywhere you would use honey. Great for making honey/butter.
